将数据缓存从一个地域拷贝到另一个地域。
接口说明
数据缓存不支持直接跨地域使用，通过本接口可以将数据缓存从一个地域拷贝到另一个地域。该接口适用于以下场景：
- 需要在多个地域使用数据缓存，在 A 地域已有数据缓存的情况，可以通过本接口快速拷贝到 B 地域。
- 对于中国内地地域的用户，创建数据缓存时如果直接拉取国外地址的数据，可能会因为网络限制导致数据拉取过慢，此时可以先在非中国内地的地域（例如中国香港）创建数据缓存，然后通过本接口拷贝到中国内地地域。
注意 拷贝数据缓存的过程相当于复制快照，费用涉及复制过程产生的流量费用以及最终生成的数据缓存的存储费用。

授权信息
下表是API对应的授权信息，可以在RAM权限策略语句的Action元素中使用，用来给RAM用户或RAM角色授予调用此API的权限。具体说明如下：
- 操作：是指具体的权限点。
- 访问级别：是指每个操作的访问级别，取值为写入（Write）、读取（Read）或列出（List）。
- 资源类型：是指操作中支持授权的资源类型。具体说明如下：
- 对于必选的资源类型，用背景高亮的方式表示。
- 对于不支持资源级授权的操作，用
全部资源表示。
- 条件关键字：是指云产品自身定义的条件关键字。
- 关联操作：是指成功执行操作所需要的其他权限。操作者必须同时具备关联操作的权限，操作才能成功。
